| Fraser River Port Announces Changes to Board of Directors |

June 28, 2000 : Mel Nunweiler, a seasoned transportation executive, is the newest member of the Fraser River Port Authority's Board of Directors. Mr. Nunweiler will represent Fraser River Port's coastal marine/forestry user group for a term of three years. He has over thirty years experience with companies that include Weldwood Canada Ltd, Canadian Forest Products Ltd, and CN Rail.
"Mel Nunweiler's expertise in domestic and international transportation of forest products, industry liaison, and policy development will contribute significantly to the overseeing of Fraser River Port, Canada's third largest port." says Patrick Wong, Chair of the Fraser River Port Authority.
Mr. Wong was re-elected Chair recently by members of the Board of Directors. A chartered accountant, he is the Board's federal appointee. Allen Collerman, who represents the general commercial user group, was elected Vice Chair.
Also, Geoffrey Day has been reappointed as Director for a term of three years by the nine municipalities that border Fraser River Port. His background is in corporate and government banking.
