Portraits of the Fraser Photo Contest

March 10, 2005: Show us how you live / work / play on the river for a chance to win prizes! Amateur photographers are invited to participate in the Portraits of the Fraser photo contest by submitting their recent photographs capturing the many aspects of life along the lower Fraser River.  All entries will be on public display during BC River’s Day, September 25, 2005. This will be a great opportunity to learn more about the mighty Fraser and vote for your favourite photograph.

Deadline for submissions is noon, September 1, 2005. Maximum 2 entries per photographer will be allowed, 11”x14” print photographs only, preferably matted. Please include the following information on the back of each photograph: name of photographer, age (if under 19 years of age), mailing address, telephone number, and a title for the photograph.  Submit entries to Fraser River Port Authority, 500 – 713 Columbia Street, New Westminster, BC V3M 1B2. For full contest details, please contact Public Affairs at (604) 524-6655 or by e-mail at photocontest@frpa.com.
