The Fraser River Port Authority (FRPA) and Canadian Pacific Railway (TSX/NYSE: CP) announced today they have
signed a cooperation agreement to enhance service through the port and
coordinate investments in infrastructure to capture growth opportunities in
global trade.

New studies show that economy and flood protection at risk if dreding stops
Two recent studies show that thousands of jobs,
flood protection, and BC’s future Pacific Gateway cargo trade targets with Asia
(6 million TEUs by 2020) would all be at risk if the Port Authority’s
self-funded dredging program on the Fraser River were to end due to rising
costs.

Fraser River Port Authority is reminding all container truckers that they can use the same Container Truckers License issued by the Vancouver Port Authority to

International and domestic cargo throughput at Fraser River Port reached 10,131,951 tonnes in the second quarter of 2005, exceeding
the 9,366,715 tonnes for the same quarter in 2004.

Fraser River Port Authority Implements Interim License Agreement for Container Truckers
To get container trucks back
to work throughout the Greater Vancouver Cargo Gateway, the Fraser River Port
Authority will accept the interim licenses issued by the Vancouver Port
Authority to companies signing statutory declarations that they will adhere to
the recommendations made by mediator Vince Ready at a meeting held on Monday,
August 1, 2005.

Two new 55 metre (180 foot) tall container cranes for Fraser Surrey Docks were carried majestically up the Fraser River, towering high above the deck of the
heavy lift ship DOCK EXPRESS 10, on April 1, 2005.
