The crew and Captain Albert Leal of Norsul Lines MV Norsul Vancouver were welcomed
at an inaugural voyage ceremony held on November 21, 2002.

Another submission to Canada Marine Act Review Panel
Michael Jones, chair of the Fraser River Port Authority, appeared before the CMA
Review Panel in Ottawa on the last day of consultative meetings. The Port's
supplementary submission to the Panel is attached.

The newest Director of the Fraser River Port Authority attended his first Board of
Directors meeting today.

Fraser River Port Boosts Educational Programs at Discovery Centre
The Fraser River Port Authority made a $4,000 contribution towards the Fraser River
Discovery Centres educational programs at an annual fundraising gala for the Centre
held on October 24, 2002, an event attended by Mayor Helen Sparkes, MP Paul Forseth and
other community leaders.

Fraser River Port and Fraser Surrey Docks staff were on hand recently to celebrate the maiden
voyage of a new 3,200 TEU container vessel, the TMM Colima.

former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Fraser River Port Authority, has lost
his long, quiet, and determined battle with cancer.

Fraser River Port Welcomes First Mitsubishi Vehicles
The first delivery of Mitsubishi cars destined for sale in Canada was celebrated at a
ceremony held at Fraser Wharves, one of two automobile terminals located within the
jurisdiction of the Fraser River Port Authority.

Fraser River Port celebrated the maiden voyage of the new forest products carrier, Cielo di
Vancouver, at Fraser Surrey Docks on July 26, 2002.

Mainland families at FraserFest 2002.

Container Ship Delivers Excitement to Fraser River Port
A maiden voyage ceremony was held on Tuesday, June 4, at Fraser Surrey Docks to celebrate
the arrival of the CCNI Arica which, at 207 metres in length and 2,500 TEUs, has more
container-carrying capacity than any previous vessel at Fraser River Port.
